5. further training

To organise our training courses, we will process the personal data of our contractual partners and, insofar as these are not also the participants, those of the participants in the event. We will only pass on this data if this is necessary for the organisation of the event, e.g. to lecturers and cooperation partners, and only insofar as this is necessary for the fulfilment of this purpose. 

We will store the data processed in this way until the expiry of the applicable retention periods. We will store participants' data for the purpose of subsequently creating certificates of participation in the event of loss or destruction for a period of 5 years, after which they will be deleted. The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in reproducing the certificates in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 f) GDPR.

6. contact form

The website provides a contact form for making contact. The data entered here, insofar as it is personal data, is stored on the hosting provider's server and then forwarded via e-mail to the receiving mailbox provided for this purpose. The forwarding takes place exclusively within the server, so that any risk to the confidentiality of the data is effectively excluded. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 b) GDPR.

By way of derogation, the legal basis for the collection of the name is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 f) GDPR. The legitimate interest for this is a more personalised approach to the enquirer.

We use the Hotjar analysis and feedback service. The provider is Hotjar Ltd, St. Julians Business Centre 3, Elia Zammit Street 3, St. Julians STJ 3155, Malta.
